All you need to know about waist cinchers...

What are waist cinchers?
Waist cinchers are a modern variation of corsets, without the boning and thickness. Corsets, which date back to the 16th century, are tight garments designed to minimize a woman's waist while accentuating her curves. While they may make you look great, there are times you definitely should not wear waist cinchers, such as when you work out.
A waist cincher is a type of short corset that cinches, or pulls in, at the waistline. Functional waist cinchers make a woman's waist appear smaller than it actually is. Decorative waist cinchers exist for purely cosmetic reasons, such as part of a costume or lingerie set. Fabric and construction styles vary.

How do they work?
Waist cinchers are tight garments that usually cover the abdomen and hips. Their closures may be a series of small hooks or lacing. They are designed to be tightest at a woman's natural waist line and gradually expand in width to cover the upper abdomen and hips. Waist cinchers may just be temporarily worn under clothing to give women a streamlined look. Corsets are generally worn for long periods of time, with the goal of minimizing the waist. Women may report feeling full quickly, which may lead to weight loss.

Benefit: Improves Posture and supports the back
A waist cincher restricts the wearer's movement to a certain degree. Bending must be done in a way that accommodates the rigidity of the garment. Slouching and exhibiting bad posture are almost impossible when wearing a metal boned, properly-fitted waist cincher, though not to the same extreme exerted by a full length corset. Many women find wearing a waist cincher provides extra support. This extra support, in some cases, leads to the alleviation or elimination of back problems due to poor posture or lack of adequate support.

Did you know? Skipping meals doesn't make you loose weight...

Seems illogical that if a person does not eat, or eats very little, such conduct does not lose weight.

This affirmation has its scientific reasons which have been well demonstrated.

Did you know that if you stop eating you will gain weight.  It sounds strange but you have to eat to lose weight.

Prolonged fasts or “pseudo “diets where one reduces food intake to extremes do not help weight lost.

When a person stops eating, apparently they look thinner, but this effect is transitional.  In fact they could regain the weight lost or worse gain more.

Reason 1: Starving bodies will consume muscle mass firs before consuming body fat.

Reason 2: As we eat less, we are not losing weight at first, but water weight therefore we now suffer from dehydration.

Reason 3: Our body and our metabolism slow down and burns less calories.

When a person go’s on a starvation diet, it can cause them not to lose weight, because  they eat less and potentially may spiral into a very dangerous problem.

Not all diets fit every person, we must follow a proper diet according to each individual is age, sex and activity.

For each individual case is different.

When we diet properly all we need to do is be patient and wait for results

Did you Know? By choosing sensible meals you could loose weight....

Nature provides foods rich in nutrients of all types. Simply by knowing which one to choose could help you lose weight.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C burns fat by using a simple process of liquefaction. Choosing foods naturally rich in vitamin C such as apples, strawberries, broccoli, cabbage, and citrus fruits could help you lose weight.

Apples
Apples and berries also contain pectin, which restricts the amount of fat in cells, raspberry and strawberries help to detoxify our body. They stimulate our metabolism to become more efficient in burning fat.

Foods rich in calcium

Cabbage and milk bio-products (like cheese and yogurt) contain calcium. Calcium helps the body lose weight by assisting to dissolve fat cells.

Foods rich in protein
Protein also plays an important role in fat burning and weight lost in its natural form. We choose foods naturally abundant in protein like eggs, lean meat, and fish, (such as tuna, salmon and sardines).

Garlic

Garlic or garlic oil also helps in weight lost as it reduces fatty deposits.

Green Tea

Green tea increases the metabolism and accelerates the speed at which your body burns fat.
It also contains powerful antioxidants which are known to prevent infection and help prevent disease.

Peppers

Chili peppers also accelerate metabolism to burn more calories.

Whole Grains

Whole grain (like oatmeal) contain fiber which help cells absorb fat.

Olive and canola oil

Olive oil or canola oil comes from natural sources. They help keep cholesterol levels low. They belong to the same foods group that helps burn fat.

Soy

Soy in natural foods (non-hydrogenated oil as Soy) contains lecithin, which protects the cells from accumulating too much fat and helps the decomposition of body fat deposits.

Water

Water helps to cleanse the body inside and out, flushed the system and eliminates toxins. Our body consists of 70 % water. And needs his daily repositioning.
